Investors
RA Contracts began in 2007 (previously Revival Art) as an artwork supplier and installer for hotels. As the business grew, we were repeatedly asked by clients if we could supply or install items other than artwork. This led to a more diverse product offering and a company re-brand to better describe our current business function. RA Contracts aim to supply and install any item which needs to be fixed to a finished wall, but is not included in the M&E contractor’s standard remit or the joinery contract.

RA Contracts appreciate the most common supply choice for investors and owners is to opt for a turn-key build with a main contractor. However, we also know the value of adding a few personal touches. Some of our most successful contracts are direct with the owners once the main contractors have finished all the walls. Not only does it allow more time for decisions on fixed FF&E while the build is ongoing but also it means that fragile items such as artwork and mirrors aren’t being installed during the main construction phase.
